Savour up to five kinds of broth – Original Tonkotsu, Uobushi (mix of Tonkotsu and Shoyu), Spicy Tonkotsu, Miso and Shoyu. There are three types of meat to go with the ramen – Cha Siu (tender), Toroniku (tender and thinly sliced) and Buta Kakuni (thick and meaty). Indulge in all three favourites in the Grand Ramen $13.90 which also includes Ni Tamago, Menma (crunchy bamboo shoots) and a touch of Black Onion Sauce.

Spice up your ramen with the Toroniku Spicy Tonkotsu $10.90 that comes with a scoop of Spicy Minced Pork to be mixed in. It’s definitely fiery on the tongue. The Toroniku also steals the show with its superb melt-in-the-mouth texture.

Besides ramen, there are rice dishes served in hot stone, salads and sides like Yaki Gyoza and Crispy Dango.
