Soong Kee Beef Ball Noodle 颂记牛肉粉 – Must-try in Kuala Lumpur

Soong Kee Beef Ball Noodle 颂记牛肉粉 has by far one of the tastiest beef slices and minced meat that I have tried in Kuala Lumpur.

A small bowl starts at RM7 with options to add on for more tripe, beef balls or minced meat.

The bowl of noodle (in dry version) was topped with a generous scoop of minced meat cooked in a special savoury sauce that was extremely tasty. The vegetables lent a crunchy texture to the dish (and perhaps some vibrancy as well).

As for the beef soup, it was light and clear. The beef slices, on the other hand, was mind-blowingly tender. This definitely warrants a second bowl.
