The three new specials for this season comprise the adorable Singa Bao (steamed bun with lotus filling), Abalone Mushroom Broccoli and Braised Pork with Dried Shrimp in Whole Pumpkin. The mainstays include the Signature Samsui Ginger Chicken, Traditional Boiled Soup of the Day, Chinatown Egg Fried Rice, Claypot Tofu and Red Tea Aloe Vera Jelly.
