Starfield Suwon – Most Beautiful Library in South Korea

The recently opened Starfield Mall in Suwon is gaining lots of attention lately! It took over an hour by train from Seoul.

The mall is a few minutes walk underground from Hwaseo station.

The huge mall has ten floors (including basement levels) with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops to explore.

There are quite a lot of people even on a weekday afternoon.

The biggest highlight here is the library situated in the middle of the mall. It looks majestic with rows of books occupying three stories. There are seats surrounding the space which makes for a nice photo-worthy moment.

If Suwon is too far for your itinerary, you can check out Starfield COEX Mall in Gangnam district which also has a stunning library, minus the hanging spherical decor.
