Sulbing 설빙, Seoul – Bingsu Dessert Cafe in Myeongdong

A trip to Korea is not complete without bingsu. As one of the largest bingsu chains in Korea with over 400 stores, Sulbing 설빙 offers a variety of flavours that would leave you spoilt for choice.

I visited the outlet in Myeongdong, which is situated across the stretch of fried chicken restaurants, including Daily Beer.

Ordering is done over a digital kiosk. Fortunately, there is an option for English menu.

There are flavours like Strawberry, Injeolmi, Red Bean, Matcha, Chocolate, Melon and more.

Menu

The Injeolmi Ice Cream Snowflakes KRW 10900 is a generous portion of fluffy shaved ice generously covered in soybean powder. It is topped with two ice creams, mochi and almond slices, and served with condensed milk on the side.

Everything tastes delicious.

It appears that the Korean actor and rapper, Kim Min-jae, is an ambassador of Sulbing too.
