Supergreek: Singapore’s First Greek Grain Bowl outlet with Homemade Greek Yoghurt at Raffles City

Supergreek is the newest concept by the team behind Omakase Burger and Picnic Food Park, presenting a whole new experience for diners.

Look beyond the typical grain bowls offerings that have largely dominated the CBD market because Supergreek is here at Raffles City to turn the tables.

As Singapore’s first-ever fast-casual eatery to serve greek cuisine in the form of souvlaki grain bowls, salad bowls and pita wraps, this is for those who love a taste of Greece in the most convenient and affordable way.

Prices start from $7.90 for the vegan-friendly The Roasted Vegan that comes in a medley of Quinoa, White Cabbage, Purple Cabbage, Beetroot, Roasted Brocolli, Roasted Cauliflower, Hummus, Mango Capsicum Sauce, Orange Vinaigrette, shredded Onions, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber and Corn.

Not only does this power-packed bowl contains a mere 262 kcal, but it is also visually appetising and truly tasty. The charred vegetables especially are delightful treats with a smokey flavour.

Supergreek recommends the Roasted Barramundi $12.90 which is well complemented by this lovely mash potato infused with garlic. The taste profile of the fish is further elevated by the creamy homemade Parmigiano sauce drizzled across with crunchy walnuts.

For an extra $2, you can get the Omega-3-rich Fresh Norwegian Salmon $14.90 mixed in with sunflower seeds and spinach.

The Lamb Kebab $9.90 in toasted Pita Wrap (add $1) is also another amazing Greek classic. The minced lamb kebab, spiced up with a dollop of harissa, is extremely flavourful.

Supergreek’s homemade authentic Greek yoghurt (from $4.90) is nothing like the ones that are massed produced and sold in supermarkets.

Here, the Greek yoghurt is triple-strained to create a creamy yet light texture, while containing 100% more protein, less sugar and carbohydrates compared to regular yoghurt.
