Terminal M by Ministry of Food – First Halal Food Hall in Changi Airport T3

One thing’s for sure – with Singapore being the melting pot that she is, there’s always good food landing at Changi Airport, including the new Terminal M at Terminal 3.

Specialising in a variety of Korean, Japanese, and Chinese cuisine, Terminal M is Ministry of Food’s latest venture into the F&B scene. The multi-concept gourmet food hall is also the first Halal one in Changi Airport, so you can now dine to your heart’s content with your Muslim friends on dishes by Hanssik, Cafe Papa, Ten-ya, Kaisen-ya, and Yu Long Quan!

In conjunction with Ramadan, Terminal M has also launched a series of special bento sets, including Kimchi Fried Rice ($12.90, Spicy Chicken ($15), and Beef Bulgogi ($17).

Familiar MOF offerings at Terminal M include Dosirak ($10.90) and Korean Fried Chicken Platter (from $16.90), the latter of which can be dipped into rich, creamy cheese for extra flavour. The fried goodies consist of Chicken, Topokki, Fries, Crisscut Fries and Onion Rings.

For more comforting tastes, turn to the Budae Jiggae Specialty myron ($10.90), served in a piping hot stone bowl, or head on for the Beef Bulgogi Hotpot ($33.80)where you get a myriad of ingredients plus a heap of meats cooked right before you. 

Purveyors of Chinese food will delight in selections of classic dishes that have been given a MOF twist. The 6 in 1 Chicken Xiaolongbao ($13) is a comforting collection of Singaporean flavours, such as salted egg yolk, chilli and black pepper crab, Teochew herb, and spices and laksa. Tuck into one and guess which flavour you picked!

Equally satisfying is the Wanton with Vinegar & Chili Oil ($8.80 for 8 pieces)for that little spicy kick amidst tender juicy meats.

Get a taste of the Chicken Yong Tau Foo (from $9), which is drizzled in MOF’s secret signature sauce, and finish off your meal with a decadent Red Bean Pancake ($9.80) – all in the air-conditioned comfort of Terminal M!
