The Masses – Franco-Asian Restaurant in Bugis celebrates 5th Anniversary with special dishes!

Franco-Asian restaurant, The Masses, is celebrating its fifth anniversary with several exclusive specials this weekend (15-17 April 2022).

Indulge in the Le Anniversary C&C&C&C Pasta $35, elevated with slipper lobster and gleaming ikura for this very occasion. Likewise, the signature C&C&C&C Pasta (Starter $17.90, Main $24.90) on the main menu continues to satisfy with its trio of crabmeat, chorizo bits and caviar atop angel hair pasta drenched in luscious sweet lobster sauce.

The special menu also introduces three new truffle dishes.

The Summer Truffle Tart $18 is available in three mini tart shells lavished with decadent filling of morel and black trumpet. The Josper Grilled US Asparagus $28 impresses with crunchy yet tender asparagus cooked in truffle hollandaise. It’s served with shaved summer truffle and chopped hazelnut for an extra touch of crunchiness and nuttiness.

As the only dessert on the special menu, the Truffle Camembert $18, offers a savoury and sweet combination. The camembert croquette surprises with a truffle-infused molten core which gives it an earthy taste profile. Balance it with the side of tangy yogurt ice cream and honeycomb sweetness as well as the rum-soaked prune which kicks in a punch despite its sheer size.

We also had a side of Roasted Bone Marrow $19 from the main menu. Fans of such dish would enjoy its melt-in-the-mouth goodness, accompanied with the zesty tang from the capers and gherkins.
