The Old Mark Cafe – Fluffy Matcha Souffle Pancakes in Melaka

The Old Mark Cafe in Melaka whips up really delicious souffle pancakes so fluffy they are like clouds in your mouth.

On top of the brunch items, pasta and waffles, there are also four kinds of souffle pancakes to choose from at RM17.90. Be it The Old Trend (with maple syrup), The Whites (with white chocolate sauce), The Tiramisu and The Matcha, you are in for a treat.

The Matcha is served with two stacks of souffle pancake that are extremely light, airy and surprisingly not as eggy. The matcha sauce on the side is rich and tends to bitterness, while the ice cream is equally tasty without losing its matcha appeal.

This is definitely worth heading down for!
