The Twisted Trio – Toa Payoh HDB Cafe for Matcha Burnt Cheese Cake & Watermelon Cake

The Twisted Trio is a humble dessert cafe located in Toa Payoh. They are known for their watermelon cake which unfortunately was not available that day. We should have checked in before heading down!

Instead, the Matcha Burnt Cheese Cake $8.50 shouted at us through the glass display. It was a very smooth and creamy cheesecake filled with the earthiness of the matcha.

We also had the Earl Grey White Chocolate $5.50 which was lighter and much sweeter on the palette.

The cafe is relatively small for about four pax. During our time there, we spotted many customers dropping by for cake collection.
