TONITO Latin American Kitchen brings lesser-known Latino dishes into new menu at Jewel Changi Airport
TONITO Latin American Kitchen takes a spin this time of the year with a few injections of lesser-known Latino dishes into the menu. Look forward to the tempting Brazilian Fish Moqueca, Peruvian Jalea, Mexican Lentil Soup and Mexican Ceviches, without missing out on perennial favourites like Tacos, Fajitas, Burritos and Nachos.
Whet your appetite with appetizers such as the Ceviche TONITO $28 (a tangy salad with Japanese baby scallops, Octopus, Crabmeat and Fried Calamari in Smoked Aji Amarillo Tiger’s Milk) and the Mexican Ceviche $28 (a sizeable mixture of Octopus, Japanese Baby Scallops, Crabmeat, Pico de Gallo, Limes and creamy Guacamole served with Crispy Corn Tortilla).
The Latino Seafood Rice $32 stands out from the mains for its fiercely flavourful Tomato and Crabmeat Rice crowned with Crispy Sustainable Fish, Calamari and Prawns.
Likewise, the Fish Moqueca $28, is another must-try, featuring a rich Brazilian Fish Stew paired with fragrant Garlic Rice.
Some other mains include the Pork Tacos $16 and cheesy Quesadillas $16 where the latter is delivered on Crispy Flour Tortilla generously stuffed with Marinated Beef, Coriander Aioli, Avocado Puree and Melted Cheddar Cheese.
The Tres Leches makes a nice dessert at the end of the meal with two light and moist Coconut Cake topped with zesty Passion Fruit Compote and Crispy Coconut Flakes.
