WAKANUI Grill Dining, Sunday Champagne Brunch at Marina One with binchotan-grilled Lamb and Steak
WAKANUI Grill Dining is known for the quality steak and lambs grilled over the binchotan charcoal.
The 86-seater restaurant can be found at level four of the West Wing in Marina One, accompanied by three private rooms for functions and parties.
Treat yourself to a lovely Sunday Champagne Brunch available every weekend. The three-course meal consists of an appetiser buffet, your choice of one main course and a small dessert spread. Prices start from $89++ with an add-on of $39++ for free-flow wines and champagne.
Meat selection comprises of the must-order signature Wakanui Spring Lamb Half Rack $89++ (that is tender and not as gamey as thought), Kagoshima A5 Wagyu Fillet 100gm $118++ (boosting a juicy texture), a hearty portion of the Ocean Beer Ribeye 350gm or Canterbury Grass Fed Fillet 250gm.
There is also seafood option like the King Prawns & Hokkaido Scallops $98++ or simply leave it to the Catch of the Day $98++ to surprise you.
While the main course takes about 40 minutes to prepare, you can have your fill with some of the oysters, mussels and prawns on ice. The scallop and salmon sashimi are popular favourites too.
Enjoy your wines with these assorted cheeses and their condiments too.
Make your own ‘big’ breakfast here with the tantalising bacon strips, grilled sausages, hash browns and the highlight – fluffy scrambled eggs – which you definitely wouldn’t want to miss.
The two hot meals comprise of the shepherd’s pie and vegetarian ratatouille.
The Bread and Butter pudding with vanilla sauce is exceptionally tasty.
WAKANUI’s private room is spacious enough for seminars and activities too.
