Whipped Coffee with Fruit Jam Recipe – Using Blender

It’s 2024 and whipped coffee is still in the craze!

There are numerous ways to make the fluffy coffee foam, by using a strainer, a hand-held whisk or in this case, a blender. Having tried all three methods, I have to say that a blender whips much smoother. However, it took up lots of washing time.

Have extra whipped coffee from the blender? This is what you can do – make Icy Coffee Crumbs!

Without further ado, let’s start the week with a Whipped Coffee with Fruit Jam!

1. To a blender, add instant coffee, sugar and hot water and blend till smooth.

2. Transfer the mixture into a container and freeze it for future use. Once frozen, they become icy coffee crumbs.

This makes three to four portions.

1. In a cup, add a layer of fruit jam. I am using St. Dalfour Pineapple & Mango fruit jam. It’s made of natural ingredients and tastes sweet, tangy and chunky.

2. Add ice cubes.

3. Add fresh milk.

4. Add whipped coffee cream to the top.

5. Give it a stir and sip on!
