Wu Pao Chun Salted Egg Pastry Mooncakes with new Lychee Rose, Red Bean & Yam flavours
Back by popular demand, Wu Pao Chun‘s flaky Salted Egg Pastry collection is now in-store till 1 October 2020.
The handcrafted Salted Egg Pastry are available in four flavours ($13.80 for four pieces, $18.80 for six pieces) – White Lotus Salted Egg Pastry 蛋黄酥, Lychee Rose Salted Egg Pastry 荔枝玫瑰酥, Red Bean Salted Egg Pastry 红豆酥 and Yam Salted Egg Pastry 芋头酥.
This Mid-Autumn festival, the new flavours introduced are Lychee Rose White Lotus (filled with dried rose petals and dried lychee in a sugar-free white lotus paste) and Red Bean (with melon seeds).
The Yam Salted Egg Pastry remains a limited edition and comprises of a sweet and smooth traditional Teochew yam filling and savoury salted egg yolk paste.
