The Yocorn Roasted Fish has two flavours: Spicy and Vine Pepper.

Once thawed, the fish is ready to be cooked. I added some other ingredients like vegetables and scallops.

The amount of sauce is sufficient for one portion. Taste-wise, it is not as spicy as expected but acceptable. I would elevate the taste with richer seasoning next time.

The fish is quite meaty and tender.
