Amuse Dessert Co – New dessert cafe selling pastries, ice cream, cakes and tarts at Duxton Road!

Amuse Dessert Co, sister brand of The Dark Gallery, is coming soon in September at Duxton Road. Cast in bold colours and fun illustrations, as well as thoughtful interior concept and brand ideas, the dessert cafe offers a cheery social space for dessert-lovers to sit and enjoy.

While anticipating its official opening, head over to the online store for a glimpse (and taste!) of their upcoming pastries, ice cream, cakes and tarts.

Unsure of what to choose? Get the Pastry Tasting Box of 8 $38 which features eight assorted dessert treats (Canelé, Madeleine, Mini Pound Cake, Sable Sands, Chunky Cookies and Brownie Squares).

The Ice Cream Shortbread Tasting Set $36 comes with four varieties – Darkest Chocolate Nib, Roasted Pistachio, Banoffee Pecan Pie and Chocolate Cookies & Dough – all of which are sandwiched between two buttery chocolate shortbread. Be spoilt for choice as there’s up to 18 ice cream flavours for the pints too, with interesting ones like the Truffle Basque Cheesecake and Banoffee Pecan Pie. Chocolate lovers might be stoked to know that there are also options for the 80% Valrhona Dark Chocolate and Dark Chocolate Sorbet. Speaking of which, some of the pastries above are also real chocolaty!

Some other baked goods include the macarons and house biscotti. Perhaps when Amuse Dessert Co has opened, we can complement these with their ice cream scoops and specialty coffee and tea.
