Now, onto the cake that comes with it. Right off the bat, the cake looks incredibly elegant with the dark chocolate and lovely white chocolate floral garnish on top. 

Biting into it, I discover that it’s made up of a light chocolate sponge cake, chocolate mousse, with vanilla sponge, and cream. At the top is a shiny slab of chocolate ganache – which was easily the strongest, most outstanding chocolatey taste out of the whole cake. So overall, we have a light base of sponge cake, as well as a rich topper. I can’t say I loved the cake very much though, there might’ve been a bit too much of a contrast in taste, rather than melting together perfectly. But if you like something classic yet elegant, give it a try then!
