Berjaya Waterfront Hotel Warisan Sajian Ibunda Ramadhan Buffet with over 200 dishes!
Berjaya Waterfront Hotel has launched the Warisan Sajian Ibunda buffet in light of Ramadhan. Helmed by Executive Chef Jamauddin Sadikum and fellow master chefs, diners can look forward to a series of traditional food fare based upon pass-down recipes from the chefs’ mothers.
Indulge in an array of signature dishes such as the sup tulang, gulai kawah, baked “Jenahak” fish, kabsah, Bukhara rice and traditional style cooking stalls. The buffet is held in the grand ballroom which provides ample space for the over 200 variety of food made available for diners! The hawker stalls stretched from outside the entrance to within the walls of the ballroom, while desserts and seafood on ice were stationed in the middle. You can even have seafood grilled right before your eyes and noodles served hot with ingredients of your choice.

The Sup Tulang stall was one of the most popular where queues were never ending. The bone marrow were big and the broth rich in flavour.
Look out for these grilled stingrays and fishes too.
I was ecstatic to find kaya balls here – one of my childhood favourites. Beside it, another chef was busy whipping up peanut pancakes too.
The dazzling array of desserts would spellbound anyone, featuring a number of kuehs, cakes and cookies.
