Blackball Mini (Sunway Velocity) sells Bubble Tea and Desserts in Cup

Blackball in Malaysia never fails to disappoint. Their QQ balls, jellies and shaved ice are well-loved by many, and it can also be customised to individual’s liking.

Blackball Mini, on the other hand, is a newer concept that sells bubble tea and their signature shaved ice desserts in cups. Also, it becomes more convenient as a takeaway too.

For bubble tea, they range from the standard milk tea and fruity tea to interesting colourful drinks infused with soda or pudding.

The desserts would spoil anyone for choice – presented in parfait form, with crushed ice, or even as smoothies. Prices start from RM9.90 for the Blackball Classic and Melon Jade Jelly.

 

Menu

I tried the Uji Matcha Soya Ice RM10.90 which came with layers of soya shaved ice and grass jelly completed with a scoop of green tea ice cream, green tea jellies, red bean paste (with real red bean chunks) and an adorable Blackball topper.

The portion was just nice and everything tasted great without being overly sweet. Worth it!
