BreadTalk opens new Concept Store at Wheelock Place + Signature Flosss Buns DIY Kit

BreadTalk has recently opened its newest concept store at Wheelock Place, with new offering such as gourmet soy milk made using non-GMO soy beans from Canada, exclusive breads like Truffle Croissant and limited edition merchandise.

Meanwhile, they have also sent us a Flosss Bun DIY Kit which comes with a simple four-step guide to put together BreadTalk’s signature Flosss Bun.

With the buns ready at hand, all we had to do is to give each bun a slit in the middle, spread a thin layer of smooth egg cream and then cover the surface with pork floss!
