BreadTalk has reopened at ION Orchard with a showcase store, featuring an exclusive collection of popular, best-selling and limited edition products since its inception in 2000.

The signature Chicky Flosss bun $2.20 remains a mainstay here, accompanied with creative renditions like Wasabi Flosss $2.30 (which comes with wasabi egg cream and seaweed pork floss), Cereal Flosss $2.30, Coconut Flosss $2.30 (spread with custard cream and kaya) and the latest addition – Curry Flosss $2.30.

Also, look forward to Japanese-inspired Dozo buns $2.20, available in three flavours – Sardine, Mushroom and Curry Chicky. The soft buttery bun is dusted in crispy Japanese breadcrumbs and filled with generous ingredients. BreadTalk’s version of Japan’s popular salted buns comes in the form of Nori Shio Pan and Sesame Shio Pan ($1.70 per piece, $4.60 for 3 pieces), both of which are topped with umami seaweed powder.

Looking for delectable hot options? The panini and sandwiches ($5.50 each) are freshly made daily, with choices such as Curry Chicken Panini, Ham Panini, Moshi Mushroom Panini, Tuna Croissant Sandwich, Ham Croissant Sandwich and Bacon Croissant Sandwich.

Some European-style breads made for sharing include the rustic Chocolate Loaf $9 and Berry Walnut Loaf $9.
