Cheesecake specialist, Cat & the Fiddle, is collaborating with local brand, Tuk Tuk Cha, to release a new cheesecake flavour. Introducing the Thai Meow Tea Cheesecake (whole, 900g: $58.90; slice: $7.90), the double cream cheese layer is infused with condensed milk and Thai black tea respectively, and sits atop a buttery biscuit crust. Generous amount of Thai tea-flavoured crumbs are sprinkled across to complete its look.
