Spice Brasserie – Asian Street Food Buffet with New Crab Flavours like Mongolian, Kam Heong and Creamy Tom Yam

Spice Brasserie at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road introduces a refreshed buffet line featuring the best of Asian street food and seafood-centric delicacies. Unravel dishes from all over Asia, namely Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, India, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore! The buffet is available till 31 December 2022 and every Wednesdays to Sundays for dinner at $68 nett per adult and $34 nett per child.

Indulge in local favourite Chilli Crab served with fried golden mantou, as well as three new crab flavours – Mongolian, Kam Heong and Creamy Tom Yam. Creamy and addictive, the Mongolian sauce delivers a slightly spicy kick with the addition of black pepper. Another worthy contender, the Malaysian style Kam Heong sauce is an irresistible, flavourful combination of spices like dried shrimps, curry powder, curry leaves, shallots, garlic and chilli. Meanwhile, the Creamy Tom Yam boasts an appetising, sweeter version among the four.

Other signatures include BBQ Black Char Siew, Banh Mi Crispy Pork Belly, Scallion Oil Noodle, La La (Clams) in Shaoxing Wine and Fried Oyster Omelette. Also, don’t miss out on the flavourful Masala Goat Cheese and Raisin Puree Naan, a unique take on hand-tossed naan to resemble a pizza.

Complete the meal with sweet treats such as assorted Nonya Kueh, Cempedak Cake, Durian Pengat and Teppanyaki Ice Cream at the live counter too.
