This August, Chong Qing Grilled Fish launches a new grilled fish variant – Intense Flavour Grilled Fish $46.80 – with three flavours to choose from (Mala, Minced Garlic or Charred Chilli). It also comes with three complementary sides such as Fried Beancurd, Chinese Cabbage, Bean Sprout and more. The mala flavour though intense, is fragrant and pleasant on the taste bud.
The usual menu offers the classic flavours namely Spicy Numbing, Spicy Fragrant, Pickled Cabbage, Mushroom Herbs, Fermented Black Bean, Fresh Chillis, Hot & Sour, Golden Pumpkin and Assam, with your desired spice level. There are four choices of fish: Patin, Golden Snapper, Qing Jiang and Sea Bass.
