The Smoked Peri Peri Chicken Platter ( S$88++), wood-fired and glazed in special hot sauce, comes with a variety of sides too.

Step into the annual Mistletoe & Martini party where you get to sip on handcrafted cocktails amidst cool music beats. Tuck into a curated snack menu of New England Lobster Roll with harissa sauce (S$8++) and Wagyu Cheeseburger with tomato jam, jalapeño and fries (S$28++).

Make your reservation for an exquisite Five-course dining experience (S$188++) with a Salad starter of Spanner Crab with cured egg and macadamia, alongside mains such as Confit Ocean Trout with sorrel soured cream and caviar, and Dry Aged Striploin Steak with seasonal condiments and sauces. Add on for specialty cocktails and wines pairings (S$100++).

Look forward to a pumpkin-based Thanksgiving Shake (S$22++) surrounded with a vanilla frosted rim and mini marshmallows, topped with an extravaganza of creamy pumpkin pie slice, a turkey marzipan lollipop, whipped cream, and a Maraschino cherry.
21 to 25 Dec
The second festive milkshake to be introduced will be the impressive-looking peppermint-based Holiday Shake (S$22++) that comes with a slice of velvety Peppermint Chocolate Chunk Cheesecake, complete with a chocolate frosted rim with crushed peppermint, whipped cream and chocolate syrup.

Let Thanksgiving be a joyous occasion. Celebrate with athree-course Thanksgiving menu (S$79++ per person, minimum two to dine) of Brie stuffed Portobello mushrooms with walnut pesto and berry compote, a platter of Traditional roasted turkey and beef striploin, and a classic decadent pumpkin and pecan nuts pie with clotted cream.

New Year’s Eve
Five-course New Year’s Eve menu surprises with tasty canapés such as the Irish beef tartar, and a choice of starters such as the Foie gras and chicken liver parfait, Gordon Ramsay’s signature Beef fillet Wellington with black truffle mash and a dessert platter. Coupled it with New Year’s digestive cocktail and petit fours, you are in for a good treat.

Besides the cold cuts, charcuterie, fresh oysters, sea urchin and King salmon, head over for the Welsh Lamb Rack with Green Mustard Jus, Slow-cooked Iberico Pork Cheek with Savoy Cabbage and King Crab Lychee paired with Citrus Aioli and the carving station for Traditional Roasted Turkey.

New Year’s Eve Buffet (S$258++ per adult) includes a glass of champagne, a welcome drink and party favours. Simply top up S$55++ for free-flow champagne.
More meaty delicacy here for those who love a hearty Braised Baby Lamb Shank, Wagyu Prime Rib and Spanish Pork Tomahawk. Crustaceans include the Baby Lobsters and Fresh Oysters, while the Sea Urchin also makes an appearance.
Round off your meal with desserts like the White Chocolate Green Tea Cheese Cake and White Chocolate Lemon Cheese Pudding with Berry Compote.

Interesting mains comprise of the Duo of Free Range Herb-roasted Turkey Breast and stuffed Turkey Leg while desserts allow diners to choose from three Thanksgiving pies (also available for takeaways at S$40++).

Four-course menu (S$120++ per person) includes a starter of Oscietra Caviar with Smoked Scottish Salmon and Guinness Blini, the Foie Gras “Marbre” paired with a tangy Pear, Red Wine Marmalade and House-made Brioche, followed by the Brittany Turbot with a side of Wild Mushroom and Ginger Broth Bok Choy. End off with a sweet treat that diners can select for themselves.
New Year’s Eve
Liven up the night with an oceanic five-course menu (S$198++ per person) of Oyster Chowder, Maine Lobster Salad, Chef Boulud’s signature Maine Scallops in Black Tie ( black truffle studded diver scallops wrapped in spinach and baked to golden perfection in a flaky pastry crust). Desserts are beautiful creations of either Rose Pavlova or the Chocolate Decadence.

For those who love pasta in your meals, the four-course Italian Christmas Eve menu (S$98++) of Chestnut Tagliatelle with Porcini Mushrooms will satisfy your cravings, plus the set also comes with Iberico Ham Chop with Apple Mostarda and Torta Caprese with Egg Nog Gelato.

Look no further for an authentic three-course Christmas brunch menu (S$98+ per adult, S$68++ per child) with antipasti and secondi such as the Turkey Porcetta served with a tangy Cranberry and Pinenut Salsa, and festive treats not limited to simply assorted biscotti, peppermint cupcakes, chocolate log cake, and hot chocolate.

Back to a four-course tasting menu (S$138++), this time, classic Italian ingredients are used and diners can expect succulent Foie Gras Torchon paired with a Jack Fruit Mostarda, tender Beef Short Rib Agnolotti and an Almond Wood Grilled Beef Tenderloin Marsala. Riserva Wine Pairing is an additional S$100++.

Buffet at Rise has always been abundant fulfilling and this season is no different. Start with the usual cold plates, followed by festive selections such as Roasted Australia Wagyu Hip and Traditional Roasted Turkey with stuffing, plus Pan Seared Hokkaido Scallop with Black Truffle Shaving while Christmas Day sees an addition of local favourite Black Pepper Slipper Lobster and Singapore Chili Crab.

Sip upon handcrafted cocktails inspired by luxury British perfume house Penhaligon’s new line of fragrances. The Blazing Mister Sam (S$20++) will make you revel in the empowering concoction of cognac, absinthe, bitters and crème de cassis, or have a lip-smacking bubbly nectarous Changing Constance (S$20++).

t’s a carnivorous feast at Spago’s four-course Christmas Eve menu (S$195++). Besides the locally-inspired signature Kaya Toast, meat selections include the USDA Prime Côte de Boeuf for Two with a side of Aligot Potatoes, Roasted Bone marrow and Black Truffles, and Colorado Lamb “Ribeye” with Caramelized Heirloom Carrots, Eggplant Caviar, Tzatziki, Marcona Almonds and Parmesan Polenta. Conclude with a Salted Caramel Soufflé with Farmer’s Market Fuji Apple Sorbet.
New Year’s Eve, 7pm to 2am:
Have a Cuban night at Spago Lounge & Bar’s One Night in Havana (S$99++ per entry) and receive a complimentary welcome drink (a glass of champagne or a Cuban-inspired cocktail).
Looking for more privacy, Spago Dining Room provides two exclusive seatings where the first seating three-course meal ($275++) delivers the Veal Ragu with Black Truffle Ricotta Gnocchi, Colorado Lamb “Ribeye” and Salted Caramel Soufflé while the second seating four-course meal (S$315++) allows diners to savour the exclusive Snake River Farms American Wagyu New York Sirloin Steak. Both seatings come with a complimentary glass of Lanson Champagne per diner.

Spice up your Christmas gathering with The SweetSpot Signature Christmas Tree (S$70), rich Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Praline and Chestnut Logcake ($68) and the classic Christmas Gingerbread House (S$60).

New Year’s Eve
The first menu (S$98++) is a combination of The Bird’s signature dishes, such as the Tomato and Burrata Salad, Uni Baked King Crab, a choice of Fried Chicken & Cavia, Short Ribs or Honey Peppercorn Salmon, as well as a homely Mamas No-Bake Cheesecake.
The second set menu (S$225++) takes dining a higher notch with the luxurious four-course meal, where diners indulge in a duo of starters (Oysters & Ahi Tuna), Pork Belly and Chicken Caviar, Japanese Wagyu and Crab Cake, and a Fig and Lime tart.
Fireworks menu (S$125++) appeals to the smaller appetite with a choice of three favourites such as the Oysters & Bubbles (3 pieces) and Lewellyn’s Fine Fried Chicken.
Waku Ghin
24 and 25 Dec
One of the finest eats in Marina Bay Sands, Waku Ghin presents the 10-course Christmas Tasting menu (S$550++), featuring the finest seasonal ingredients and produce. Revel in the signature Marinated Botan Shrimp with Sea Urchin and Oscietra Caviar, Warm Salad of Tasmanian Cape Grim Tenderloin with Truffle, Slow-Cooked Kinmedai with Risotto, Gobo and Truffle, and Seared Canadian Lobster with Fennel and Bouillabaisse.
New Year Eve and Day
10-course menu for New Year’s Eve and Day (S$550++) will showcase dishes such as Charcoal Grilled Unagi with Foie Gras and Okinawa Spinach, Grilled Carabinero Shrimp with Herb Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, as well as Pan-Seared Hokkaido Scallop with Oscietra Caviar and Butter Sauce.
Executive Pastry Chef Yasushi Ishino will also be serving delicate desserts such as the Peach Compote with Lychee Granita and Champagne Jelly, and the Jasmine Mousse with Kumquat and Chocolate Sorbet.
24, 25 Dec, New Year’s Eve and Day, 5:30pm-10pm
Indulge in a six-course menu (S$200++ per pax, minimum 2 guests) at the Bar at Waku Ghin with dishes such as Oscietra Caviar (30g), French Gillardeau Oysters with Ginger and Rice Vinaigrette (Half Dozen), Aburi Tasmanian Ocean Trout with a Hint of Chili, and Japanese Ohmi Wagyu from Shiga Prefecture with Wasabi and Citrus Soy.
