Come True Coffee 成真咖啡, Taipei – Matcha Souffle Pancake and Nitro Cold Brew Coffee

Come True Coffee 成真咖啡 is a two-storey cafe in Taipei, with an aesthetically beautiful interior and relaxing ambience.

The cafe offers an extensive range of coffee, including unique ones like Aomori Apple Americano NT $155, Cointreau Latte NT $155 and Red Flesh Pomelo Nitro Cold Brew Coffee NT $170.

The all-day menu comprises of their specialty soufflé pancakes, rainbow rice, pasta, pizza, cheese bread and omelette dishes.

Plus points for the presentation of the nitro cold brew which includes a little note on the item ordered. The staff also patiently explained how to enjoy the foam and drink together.

Besides the Original flavour, there are also Red Flesh Pomelo, Sweet Orange, Mango and Grapes.

Mine has bits of pomelo at the base of the drink. The bitterness of the coffee is well-balanced by the sweet citrusy taste of the pomelo pulp.

There are six flavours available for the soufflé pancakes, such as the Matcha Kyoto NT $280, Caramel Pudding NT $300, Lava Custard Taro NT $330 and Camellia Hojicha NT $350.

It takes about 20-25 minutes to prepare.

The souffle pancakes are fluffy soft and soaked up the rich matcha sauce well. On the side are chewy dango and sweet red bean paste.
