COMMA Boutique Hotel 珂曼旅館, Taipei Ximending – Clean Room and Great Location

COMMA Boutique Hotel 珂曼旅館 is a relatively new hotel strategically located in Ximending, Taipei.

I stayed for six nights in the Elite Room. It cost roughly NT $1795 or SGD76 per night when I booked via Expedia in March 2023.

The hotel is surrounded by many F&B establishments, shops, convenience stores and landmarks, within walking distance.

You can find many hotpot restaurants here opening till late, popular street food like Ay-Chung Flour-Rice Noodle 阿宗麵線, beautiful cafes like Come True Coffee 成真咖啡, various bubble tea stores such as Xing Fu Tang 幸福堂, Ice Una 冰封仙果 for cute shaved ice desserts as well as shopping malls, DON DON DONKI, Taipei Animate Store and MagFreak for anime lovers.

The decor of COMMA Boutique Hotel is modern and chic with numerous KAWS statues. There is a mini pushcart offering refreshments for guests, a nice gesture for those waiting in the area. Water cooler is available here and in the lounge at level 15.

Service at COMMA Boutique Hotel is friendly. Check in time is at 3PM while check out time is at 11AM.

The communal space at level 15 has ample seats and tables. You can eat, chill and help yourself to the tea bags and instant coffee. The prints on the cups are super cute too.

Feeling tired after a day’s walk? There is a massage chair to help relieve those tensions in your body.

The balcony also overlooks the busy city.

The room is spacious and sparkling clean.

There are sufficient sockets and USB ports throughout the room to ensure that your camera, laptop and phones get charged.

The 32-inch flat screen TV works well and comes with lots of channels.

There is a small fridge to keep my drinks chilled. All the necessary toiletries are available in the bathroom and replenished daily.

I requested for a double bed and it is firm and comfortable to sleep in.

All in all, I am glad to have chosen COMMA Boutique Hotel during my vacation here.
