G-Dragon PEACEMINUSONE Highball at CU Stores in South Korea

Ever since his return to public eye, South Korean rapper and fashion icon, G-Dragon, is not hitting the breaks. This time, it is a collaboration between PEACEMINUSONE and CU Convenience Store where G-Dragon unveils yet another statement piece – PEACEMINUSONE Highball.

The PEACEMINUSONE Highball is priced at KRW 4500 per can, with ABV 4.5%.

It is an alcoholic drink that doubles as a keepsake. You wouldn’t want to throw it away after drinking too!

The black can sleeve features the signature logo boldly yet simply. The sleek-looking design makes the cans stand out from the shelves beautifully. The can sleeve is actually removable and can be repurposed (as new phone case design, keychain etc). Fans are buying and posting their creations online. It’s a trend these days.

I chanced upon the cans at a CU Convenience Store in Myeongdong. There are stocks available despite sell-out in Hong Kong.

The drink is palatable and comes with a lemon slice. The lid opens nicely and can be removed for convenience (and washing). It’s worth keeping especially if you are a fan!
