Welcome the festivity with indulgent Maple-glazed Gammon Ham, Traditional Roasted Turkey Breast, Slow-Roasted Australian Beef Ribeye, and Slow Roasted Whole Lamb paired with their respective sauces.

Don’t miss Edge’s signature juicy house-made sausages like the Christmas Citron Thyme Bratwurst and Thuringer Snail Sausage.

More delightful additions include the Chinese-style Maltose Honey Glazed BBQ Pork Ribs, Pan Seared Ribeye from the grill and Marinated Angus Beef Short Rib.

Relish in an array of handcrafted cold cuts, and curated salad bowls or create your own mixed greens in the massive cheese wheel.

Crustacean lovers may find joy in the variety of seafood on ice (i.e. Boston Lobsters, Freshly Shucked Seasonal Oysters and Tiger Prawns), as well as the Grilled Oysters, comprising of plump succulent meats in savoury sauce.

The captivating spread of desserts awaits towards the end of the feast. Featured here are various logcakes (e.g. Matcha Raspberry Logcake and White Chocolate Caramel Log), Scones, Mince Pie, Fruit Cake and assorted Chocolate Pralines.

The Nama Chocolate range is still one of the best I have tried. The rum-infused chocolate, especially, is intense with an alcoholic kick. I am happy to see it back in the dessert section this time round.
