Exclusive Beer

Raise a toast to this special moment with the exclusive Portman Lager. Brewed and bottled by Paulaner Bräuhaus Singapore specifically for Pan Pacific Singapore, only 400 bottles will be available at Edge.

German Charcuterie and Cold Cuts

Catch Master Butcher Chef Haiko Mayer on Thursday and Friday sessions and you might be in for some first-hand insights into German cuisine.

His signature creations include the housemade cold cuts, especially the Dry-cured Black Forest Ham, which is also my favourite.

Complement them with assorted cheeses, condiments and pretzels dipped in creamy Obatzda (German cheese dip).

The bratwursts taste amazing and Edge is the only buffet restaurant I know offering these. Meanwhile, you can find the frozen ones in our local supermarkets.

Think Sundried Tomato Sausage, Thuringer Snail Pork Sausage and Pork Munchner Weisswurst (with sweet sauce pairing).

Traditional German Dishes and Carvings

The German feast continues with favourites such as the comforting Bavarian Beer Cheese Soup, crunchy Bavarian Pork Knuckle, Slow-cooked Lamb Sauerbraten, German Kassler Pork Collar and Bratkartoffeln (fried potatoes) with Bacon and Onions.

Don’t miss the various German salads like the meaty Wurstsalat, cold tangy sauerkraut and hot savoury sauerkraut.

German Desserts

Complete with German treats comprising of the rich and chocolatey Black Forest Cake, German Cheesecake and Apple Strudel.

International Favourites

In addition to the German delights, indulge in dishes from around the world, i.e. juicy Grilled Hyogo Oysters, Hand-Stretched Pizzas, Slow Roasted Beef Tomahawk, Squid Ink Pasta, Himalayan Salt Baked Crabs, lip-smacking Bbq Kam Hiang Seafood and Banana Leaf Sambal Ikan Bakar.
