Dive into Edge’s signature Laksa, prepared hot on the spot. The broth is rich and addictive.

Enjoy the Salted Baked Crab in its original taste, or spice it up with some chilli crab sauce.

The Oyster Omelette comes with lots of oysters.

There are also Braised Kong Bak with Lotus Leaf Bun, and the iconic Wok-Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle in Opah Leaf.

The Malay and Indian stations are not to be missed.

The Sambal Local Farm Sweet Potato Leaf, and Local Farm Vannamei Seafood Cooked in Lemak Cili Api are both flavourful and worth returning for.

A delightful charcoal bbq selection awaits, featuring Marinated Giant Squid, Local Farm Prawn, and Golden Pomfret.

Feast on hearty meats which include the unique Rendang Sausage, Roasted Spring Chicken, and Slow Roasted Rib Eyes.

Something that unites Singaporeans – Rojak!

Those who love durians must go for the Durian Pandan Cake, Durian Kueh Pie Tee with brown sugar mochi and crunchy nuts, and Durian Pengat.

This season, there’s a new soft chocolate flavour – Jackfruit. The Rum Soft Chocolate remains my go-to indulgence at Edge.

Another local themed creation is the Horlicks Bread and Butter Pudding.

Help yourself to rounds of refreshing Teh O Limau Tea, and Soya Cincau.

The International selections are just as popular, featuring fresh seafood on ice like Boston Lobster, and freshly shucked Oysters, as well as Cold Cuts, Boutique Cheeses, Smoked Salmon, and Smoked Halibut.

The Japanese station showcases a delicious spread of Sashimi, and Tempura (made of various mushrooms).

Edge’s hand-stretched pizzas are worth getting a slice or two, especially when they look this good. The Lamb Cheese Pizza is an interesting choice.

Celebrate Singapore’s 60th in style, with spacious seating and a delectable spread of food and desserts.
