Adult: $128++ (Inclusive of free flow of soft drinks)
Child: $64++ (6 to 12 years old) (Inclusive of free flow of soft drinks)
Beer package at an additional $30++ per adult (Inclusive of free flow of Tiger Beer for two hours)
The most popular attraction of the buffet is the Charcoal BBQ Grill!

Relish in lofty seafood piles of Mud Crabs, alluring cheesy baked Japanese Oysters, succulent Giant Freshwater Prawns, Hokkaido White Corn, and more.

Well-marinated and utterly tender, these prawns are must-tries.
The Japanese oysters burst with juiciness, and cheesy goodness.


Also a feast to the eyes, catch the chef in action, flaming and seasoning the beef.


Satiate your carnivore cravings with signature carvings like the Slow Roasted Beef Tomahawk, Roasted Marinated Baby Lamb, and House Smoked Gammon Ham.

Not to be missed are the homemade gourmet Sausages and sauerkraut, and whole Baked Salmon.


Over to the live station, the Japanese Scallop Mentaiko, and Steamed Lobster Claw Chawanmushi are simply irresistible.




Asian highlights include the Mala Crawfish Baby Lobster Pot (fiery spicy), Kapitan Chicken Curry, Steamed Whole Teochew Fish, and Local Farm Vannamei Seafood.





Also on the buffet are the freshly shucked oysters, chilled Boston lobsters, a la minute pasta, Singapore laksa, Indian delights, house-made cold cuts, salads and so on.









The grand finale at Edge is none other than the exquisite dessert lineup.
Look forward to Pear Honey Gateau, Sea Salt Caramel Tartlets, Milo Tiramisu, Grape Raisin Tart, Rum Soft Chocolate, Sorbet, Durian Pengat, and a live dessert station for Kueh Dadar.
