Fremantle Seafood Market – New Lobster Roll (Truffle, Cayenne & Tom Yum Pumpkin) and Seafood in a Bag for this Christmas Season
It’s a seafood feast at Fremantle Seafood Market, with three new lobster rolls and Seafood in a Bag series to kick off the festivities. Moreover, here you can enjoy free island-wide delivery via Capita3eats with a minimum spend of $30.
Available in three new flavours, each lobster roll is topped with succulent lobster chunks doused in homemade sauces and garnishes, then sandwiched between toasted garlic butter brioche buns.
As part of the Christmas celebration till 30 December 2020, savour the individual lobster roll at $22++ (U.P. $28++) or simply order the Platter of Lobster Rolls at only $28++ (U.P. $38++), where you get to sample the three different flavours. Reservations are required. Terms and conditions apply.
Tom Yum Pumpkin Lobster Roll – Thai-inspired, this tangy flavour permeates the lobster flesh perfectly with an added crunch from the tobiko and tempura bits.
Truffle Lobster Roll – Drenched in a blend of truffle oil and mayonnaise, it’s hard to go wrong with a truffle lobster roll, especially when each bite is rewarded with an aromatic flavour.
Cayenne Lobster Roll – The spiciest of the lot, the cayenne pepper in it challenges those who can’t take the heat. Otherwise, it is quite manageable for spicy eaters, even myself.
Meanwhile, there is also another new dish called the Chirashi Custard $16++. On one side, it is filled with creamy corn custard covered in tobiko, while the other side is a bed of soya-marinated Chirashi toppings like salmon, tuna and swordfish.

The Seafood in a Bag starts from $38++ and comes with Hoso prawns, clams and mussels from Ah Hua Kelong. The $89++ Crab in a Bag includes Live Mud Crab whereas the $99++ Lobster in a Bag features the 500-600g Boston Lobster. Prices are slightly on the high side but you get fresh seafood.
The four choices for the seafood are Cajun Tomato, Garlic Butter, Black Pepper and Chilli Crab. The latter is more on the sweet side than spicy.
You can also customise your bag further with top up of the various seafood, sausages, grilled corns and deep-fried buns.
