Hao Lai Wu Steamboat & BBQ offers two style of dining – single/duo hotpot and BBQ – with over 90 dishes to choose from. They have two outlets in Singapore – Smith Street (Chinatown) and Burlington Square (Rocher).

The restaurant interior boasts a modern and vibrant China-styled decor, making it a very insta-worthy dining experience.

Here, the buffet is priced at $27.80++ from Monday to Thursday and $29.80++ from Friday to Sunday. There is a choice for single pot (add $8-$12) and double pot (add $5-$7). Soup bases include Collagen Beauty Soup, Authentic Spicy Mala Soup, Healthy Nourishing Soup, Thai Tom Yum Soup and more. Top up for drinks at $2.50 onwards.

Cooked dishes are available with options like Sautéed Chicken Dices with Chilli Peppers $15.80, Dong Po Braised Pork $16.80 and Handmade Dumplings $8.80.

For the buffet, there are a variety of ingredients to choose from, such as organ parts (duck gizzard, beef tripe and pork kidney), seafood (crab, salmon fishhead, Tako legs and bamboo clams), meat and classic steamboat ingredients (fishball with roe, lobster ball, cheese tofu, mushrooms and vegetables).

Feast to your heart’s content with tender slices of pork belly, beef, lamb and chicken which are perfect for both shabu-shabu and grilling.

Up the bbq ante with Hao Lai Wu’s signature BBQ series, comprising of yakiniku beef cubes, spicy marinated pork belly and ribbon fish or simply go for the meat platter to have a taste of everything, as well as the Braised section, featuring braised items like chicken paws, pig trotter and pork stomach.

Some of the ingredients are interestingly served in a nine-grid box too.
