Chuu Cafe, JB Malaysia – DIY Matcha Bingsu with toppings like Boba, Fruits and Nuts

Chuu Cafe, sister cafe of Willow & Wind Floral Studio, is a newly opened dessert cafe in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Here, make your own bing chuu (bingsu) with your desired bingsu size, base and toppings!

The petite is priced at RM12 (with one topping) while the recommended regular size is priced at RM18 (with three toppings). Choice of bingsu flavour include Hokkaido Milk, Matcha, Thai Milk Tea and Chocolate.

For toppings, there are fruits (peach, watermelon, longan), jellies (coconut, brown sugar), nuts (almond flakes and crushed peanuts) and others like red bean, Injeomi, brownie and yogurt pop, to name a few.

The cafe also offers light snacks like Shoestring Fries RM11 and Popcorn Chicken RM11 as well as tea and coffee to go along with the dessert.

The Matcha Bingsu RM18 was icy and delicious, and topped with the perfect trio – chopped mangoes, tangy yogurt pop and sweet chewy boba. The toppings are served separately on the side too.
