The abalones come in two flavours – Premium Braised Abalone and Deluxe Scallop Flavoured Abalone.
The texture of the abalone is great, slightly chewy but not too tough. Each can comprises of three abalones and its respective broth. We tried the braised abalone which was flavourful and even used the remaining broth to enhance the taste of our fried rice.
