Singapore-style cocktail bar and restaurant, Hopscotch, is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a new 8th-edition menu! Making a return is an incredible list of 27 iconic cocktails that have accompanied Hopscotch in the past years.
The drinks here, while theatrical, are accompanied by stories. They could be a rendition of our favourite beancurd dessert, a tribute to the last of the few ice cream man uncles with their mobile cart, or a memory jog of the Pi Pa Gao (cough syrup) we had relied upon since we were young.
Hopscotch currently has three outlets – Capitol, Gillman Barracks and Gardens by the Bay.

Embark on a multi-sensorial journey with every specially crafted cocktail.
The White Sands $25 perfectly captures the tranquil beach moment with a tangy alcoholic sorbet topped with popping pearls and sea foam in a pristine sea shell. The dry ice effect adds a layer of mysticism and chillness.

Exclusive to the Capitol outlet is the gin-infused Curtain Call $26 which celebrates one of Singapore’s oldest and proudest performance venues, the Capitol Theatre.

An absolute stunner, the Wish Upon A Lantern $26 is inspired by the Chinese Lantern Festival. While we are unable to raise lanterns to the sky in Singapore, Hopscotch brings the tradition to the table. Diners may write well-wishes on the special lantern paper and watch it being lit and flamed up.
Hopefully, our wishes can come true after this drink!
