Hungry Planet x Eleven Strands launch exclusive set menu with Plant-based Lamb, Crab & Cheeseburger on 13 & 14 June!

Hungry Planet and Eleven Strands are collaborating to launch a new plant-based menu featuring Hungry Planet’s plant-based meat alternatives from regular meats such as beef, chicken, pork to even crab and lamb – which sounds really exciting because we hardly see crab and lamb having a meat replacement. Eleven Strands is also the first restaurant in Singapore to partner with Hungry Planet.

Available only on 13 and 14 June 2020, this limited edition set menu $25 comprises of the following items:

– 2 Oven Grilled Hungry Planet Lamb Satay with Malayan Peanut Gravy
– 1 Hungry Planet Beef CheeseBurger with Vegan Cheddar slices and Caramelized Onion Slaw between Fluffy Sesame Bun
– 1 Stewed Chilli Hungry Planet Crab with Chinese Mantou

Special mention for the Chilli Hungry Planet Crab which was mind-blowing delicious. The texture closely resembles chunky, tender crab meats which could easily fool anyone into thinking that it is real.

The Hungry Planet Lamb Satay drenched in satay sauce is also worth a try. Juicy, tender and flavoursome.
