Hutong

Featuring over 40 varieties of Szechuan appetisers and BBQ skewers from as low as $1 per stick, Hutong’s new menu offers incredible food option that would best pair with their signature Moutai-infused cocktails and beers. Maotai is a brand of baijiu and a popular drink in China. The two creations here are the Moutai Punch $12 (sweet and citrusy) and the Moutai Colada $12 (creamy with coconut milk).

Some other must-try items (also my favourite) include the Grilled Oysters ($7.00 for 2pcs), Premium Half Shell Scallops ($8.80 for 2pcs) and Mala Xiao Long Xia with Moutai $38.90. The oysters are plump and juicy; the Mala Xiao Long Xia is not as spicy as expected but still quite flavourful.

Bayang

Indonesian restaurant Bayang brings to you familiar Indonesian favourites such as the Bali Ayam Panggang $8, Stingray with Sambal $18 and Beef Rendang with Prata Bread Set $11.80.
