Impossible Beef Kimchi Rice Bowl with Fried Egg and Seaweed

Ready for something impossibly delicious? Here’s my version of the Impossible Beef Kimchi Rice Bowl with Fried Egg.


Ingredients
Impossible Beef
Olive Oil
Egg
Kimchi
Gochujang
Soy Sauce
Water
Chilli Flakes
Black Pepper
Sesame Seeds
Seaweed
Rice
1. In a heated pan, add olive oil and fry an egg. Remove and leave it aside.
2. Add half portion of Impossible Beef (about 170g) to the same pan.


3. Continue to add 1 cup of kimchi, 1 tablespoon of Gochujang, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.


4. Stir evenly and let the mixture cook through.

5. Sprinkle black pepper, chilli flakes, and sesame seeds.
6. Add half cup of water. Cover with a lid and let it simmer.

7. On a bed of rice, add seaweed and Impossible Beef Kimchi mixture. Season with more sesame seeds.


8. Slide in a fried egg. Give it a poke and let the silky yolk flow over.



9. Spoon a portion onto a seaweed sheet and enjoy!
