Having enjoyed the Burger Grillers from the Johnsonville brand previously, I am excited to try their sausages this time round!

These legendary sausages are made with 100% premium pork in a blend of spices and natural casings. Each bite promises a hearty burst of flavour and juice.

The Johnsonville Sausages are available in packs of six and in various flavours such as Lemon & Pepper, Beddar with Cheddar, Garlic, Smoked, and Hot & Spicy.

Dinner tonight is the comforting Assorted Sausage Kimchi Stew featuring Johnsonville’s range of sausages!

Ingredients

Johnsonville Sausages
(3 Types – Hot & Spicy, Beddar with Cheddar, and Lemon & Pepper)

2 Eggs
Olive Oil
Kimchi
Gochujang
Soy Sauce
Chilli Powder
White Sesame Seeds
Water

1. Slice the sausages to your preferred shapes.

2. Heat a pan with olive oil, and add the sausages.

3. Once it starts to sizzle, add kimchi, gochujang, soy sauce, and chilli powder.

4. Add in enough water to submerge the ingredients, then cover with a lid.

5. Once sizzling, add in two eggs and let them cook.

6. Sprinkle sesame seeds.

And it is ready to be served!
