Joo Bakes – Singapore Home-based Bakery offers taste-worthy Butter Cakes and chunky Cookies at Baker X, till 31 August 2022

From 9 to 31 August 2022, baking studio and café, Baker X, welcomes its eleventh resident, Joo Bakes at Orchard Central. The home-based bakery offers simple yet taste-worthy butter cakes and chunky cookies.

Started in early 2021 as a home business, Joo Soon, the founder and baker of Joo Bakes, will be showcasing his signature old-school bakes such as OG Butter Cake ($5 per slice, $33 per loaf), Orange ($5.50 per slice, $36 per loaf), Lemon Drizzle ($6 per slice, $38 per loaf) as well as the new Coffee Walnut ($5.50 per slice, $36 per loaf) and Marble ($5.50 per slice, $36 per loaf) cake. The National Day special Sugee ($6 per slice, $38 per loaf) will be available from 16 August onwards.

Add on a few pieces of those addictive chewy cookies ($6 per cookie, $36 per box of 6) that come in flavours like Choc Chip with Walnut, Matcha with Macadamia and Biscoff.
