Michelin-starred Imperial Treasure presents CNY Set Menus, Hamachi Yu Sheng & Traditional Round Cakes to usher in the Year of the Rat

It’s the beginning of the year and Michelin-starred Imperial Treasure is rolling out a series of exquisite set menus and festive takeaway for everyone’s enjoyment.

The CNY Set menus start from $388++, comprising of sumptuous highlights such as the Fatt Choy Smoked Salmon Yu Sheng, Buddha Jump Over The Wall, Peking Duck, Braised Sliced Abalone with Pig’s Trotter & Black Moss, Braised Thick Noodle with Six Head Abalone and more.

This year, gather your loved ones for a toss of the newly introduced Fatt Choy Hamachi Yu Sheng ($98+ Small, $196+ Large, also available as takeaway) which comes with sliced Hamachi sashimi, yellow radish, fried shredded yam, fried vermicelli and savoury sauce.

Furthermore, feast on the Abalone Treasure Pot ($348+ Small, $560+ Large, only available as takeaway), featuring a treasure trove of premium ingredients like whole abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw, Japanese dried scallops, dried oysters and more.

Relish in Imperial Treasure’s new year goodies like Pineapple Pastries $30.80+, and traditional round cakes ($23.80-26.80+) that are available in four varieties – Glutinous, Chestnut, Yam and Carrot.
