All hail the stout-glazed bbq sauce – a dark sticky sauce with notes of stout, coffee and chocolate. It’s slightly bitter, savoury (like dark soy sauce) and sweet all at once. Treat your dad to the Stout-Glazed Sticky Ribs or Baby Back Ribs, accompanied with chunky seasoned fries and coleslaw.
