Morganfield’s Satay Baby Back Ribs & Pork Belly Satay for a Limited Time!
To commemorate the upcoming America’s Independence Day and Singapore’s National Day, Morganfield’s pays homage to these two great nations with its exclusive creation of the Hickory BBQ Baby Back and Satay Baby Back. Savour the best of both worlds from 4th of July to 31st August 2018!

The Satay Baby Back ($36.90 full slab) takes on a local twist, rubbed with a blend of coconut milk and honey, before being given a meaningful flame-grilled that left charred criss-crosses on its surface. Pair it with a delicious homemade concoction of peanut satay sauce and skewers of chopped pineapple, onions and cucumbers on the side.
Slow-cooked Hickory BBQ Pork Rib is a mainstay on Morganfield’s menu. Lovers of sweet sticky ribs would fancy this classic dish served with chunky fries and coleslaw.
Don’t miss the Pork Belly Satay $12.90 too! The chunky yet tender pork belly is a bomb in my mouth; meaty, smoky and with a controlled sweetness.
Indulge in a glass of frizzy Pink Lemonade with freshly squeezed lemon and a splash of cranberry or go for the Brewlander Love Wild IPA, ABV 6.5%, a hoppy goodness filled with aromas of pineapple, mango and passionfruit.
