One Prawn & Co – 12-Course Seafood Grill Dinner at $128++ Per Pax in Coffee Shop Setting

One Prawn & Co, a Michelin Bib Gourmand awardee in 2022, is known for its robust prawn noodle soup in claypot. While the day calls for a comfort bowl of prawn noodle, by night, the menu transformed into a 12-course Seafood Grill dinner, priced at $128++ per pax (minimum two to dine). Top up an additional $30++ per pax to enjoy free flow sake of the day too.

Available from 21 February 2023 onwards, look forward to carefully curated ingredients expertly prepared by Chef Gwyneth Ang and her team.

The new dinner set features a range of seafood such as Amaebi, Hyogo Oyster, Scottish King Scallop and Turbot from Denmark.

The starters begin with light bites like the Amaebi (with avocado and tomato on crispy cracker), a platter of chilled Hyogo Oyster on ice, cured Amberjack, poached White Shrimp in garam masala and tempura Soft Shell Crab dipped in kicap manis. The choice of having garam masala and kicap manis in the dishes are both intriguing and refreshing.

Sharing dishes include the barley risotto with prized Maitake Mushrooms, an amazing bowl of Squid Noodles in salsa verde, grilled King Scallop in addictive XO chilli jam and medium rare, succulent Onglet in sweet sunchoke cream.

Moving on, the Turbot is served a full hearty potion, grilled to perfection in garlic brown butter and capers. The flesh was flaky and tender, while the pickled papaya salad on the side balanced the heaviness of the sauce with a tangy mouthfeel.

Fans of One Prawn & Co’s famous prawn noodle soup would be thrilled to find the same broth used in the Abalone Poached Rice as its last course. The signature prawn bisque is rich in taste and complemented with baby abalone, crispy egg floss and crispy rice.
