Oriole Coffee + Bar presents new Plant-based Burgers and Sandwiches paired with five exclusive Cocktails

Between 4 May to 2 August, savour four new plant-based burgers and sandwiches at Oriole Coffee + Bar, as well as five exclusive cocktails created in collaboration with Maker’s Mark, from Beam Suntory.

Enjoy tipples like the Makin’ Me Blush $14, Mark-arita $14, Maker’s High Roller, High Baller $17, Maker’s March $18 and Maker’s Martin $18. There’s also a one-for-one promotion for the Maker’s High Roller, High Baller.

At Oriole, be spoilt for choice with four creations – each comprising of different meat substitution from Impossible Foods, Tindle, OmniPork and Karana respectively.

Have a Tindle Surprise $22 where the breaded Tindle chicken patty oozes pesto-infused mozzarella cheese. Combined with parmesan mayonnaise, romaine lettuce, tomato and a buttered sesame burger bun, behold this indulgence.

While the Impossible meat patty might seem like the norm these days, Oriole’s version of the Mission Impossible $24 is an interesting rendition of the popular Ramly burger. Bite into the juicy Impossible patty wrapped in cheese and egg omelette, further slathered in ketchup, mayonnaise, vegan Worcestershire sauce.

The Jack’s Tuna Melt $24 features a hearty sandwich layered with Oriole’s special Karana filling, creamy avocado, tomato, onion, celery, house-made cucumber pickles, vegan Worcestershire sauce and Monterey Jack cheese. The Karana mix has a texture reminiscent of pulled pork while taste-wise, it resembles tuna (due to the addition of kizami nori to create the flavour). Clasped between buttered sourdough bread which is softer than it seems, this is truly delicious and filling.

If OmniPork luncheon is right up your alley, head for the quesadilla-lookalike Om(g)ni Goodness $18 which comes with deep-fried OmniPork morsels paired with stretchy mozzarella cheese, sour cream and juicy tomato.

Round off with sweet treats such as the Fresh Baked Pear Frangipane Tart $12, Banana Cake $14, Sticky Date Pudding $13, Caramelised Banana Split Waffle $16 and more.
