Weekends bring a showcase of the chefs’ specialty dishes, including the Peranakan Stuffed Chicken Wing in Inche Kabin Style, Nyonya Laksa served a la minute, and Crispy Lobster Popiah.

Relish in the flavourful goodness of the laksa.

A worthy contender is this Crispy Lobster Popiah, which is reminiscent of Ngoh Hiang, but with an elevated and irresistible taste.

Don’t miss the Bananas Foster, freshly made on the spot. Dig into the saucy crepe, adorned with sliced banana and a tangy sorbet.

The feast continues with an array of bite-sized delicacies.

There are the crispy Five Spice ‘Lor Bak’ shaped like money bags, Mackerel Mousseline in a Charcoal Soft Bun, and ‘Bakwa’ and Meat Floss Double Decker.

Hop over to the DIY station and assemble your own Nyonya ‘Kerabu’ with Baby Abalone in crisp pastry cups, and Peranakan Rojak with Beetroot Pie Tee,

The latter packs a tangy crunch. One is not enough.

End off on a sweet note with dainty desserts that are as tasty as they look.

Highlights include the Fish Tank (Matcha financier topped with luminous blue pea jelly), Passion Fruit Pistachio Bar, and Hukambi Salted Caramel Tart.

Complement with the Golden Sultana and Classic Scones, served warm with the essentials – clotted cream and assorted jams.
