PIPES by HATTENDO, Dorsett Residences – Japanese Cafe for Sandwiches and Cream Puffs

PIPES by HATTENDO has been on my to-go list for some time. Located at Dorsett Residences, just outside Outram Park MRT Exit 4, the Japanese cafe offers a range of tantalising sando, assorted cream buns and coffee.

Choices for these popular Japanese-style sandwiches include the signature Nitamago Potato Salad $14, Impossible $16, Kaki Fry $18, Garlic Prawn $19, Hokkaido Wagyu Beef Patty $20 and Hokkaido Scallop Cream Croquette $20.

The Nitamago Potato Salad $14 is quite a filling portion. Sandwiched between two thick slices of toast are crunchy cabbage, creamy potato salad and delicious lava eggs.

Complement the meal with their in-house coffee and alcoholic drinks like cocktails, highballs and beers too.
