PUTIEN’s highly popular Oyster Festival returns this season from 1 November 2019 to 31 March 2020.

These oysters are prepared in six different ways, including two dishes which are new to the menu.

If you are a fan of the Putian Heng Hwa Bee Hoon, this new Pan-Fried Oysters with Bee Hoon $16.90 is going to be a delight for you. The beauty lies in the bee hoon, pan-fried lightly and then tossed with oysters and egg yolk. It is fragrant, slightly eggy and bursting with plump juicy oysters.

Best paired with a dollop of PUTIEN’s signature Spice Mum Chilli Sauce for that extra kick.

The Jiangkou Hometown Oyster Soup $16.90 is highly recommended for its succulent oysters prepared Fujian-style in a starchy broth.

Comforting on the palate and best served hot.
